Custom Work

All SynStyle Fashions pieces are handmade and crafted upon order. Each design is created by SynStyle Fashions and may include slight variations due to the handmade nature of the process.

By purchasing from SynStyle Fashions, you acknowledge that all items are made to order, with production times ranging from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on material availability and workload.

To help ensure the best possible fit, customers are encouraged to include their exact measurements in the checkout “Order Notes” section or by emailing them directly to synstylefashions@gmail.com along with their order number.
If there are any specific preferences, special instructions, or minor alterations desired, please include those details as well.

Shipping & Production Notice:

All items are handmade to order. Tracking is provided once your item has shipped. Updates can be requested during production

Order Cancellations:

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled. Please review all details and measurements carefully before submitting your orde

Refunds & Returns

  • Because each piece is custom-made, refunds are limited and subject to review.
  • Customers must notify SynStyle Fashions within 24 hours of delivery if there are any issues with the item (e.g., damages, sizing concerns, or quality issues).
  • Requests received after 24 hours from confirmed delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unwashed, and free of damage.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit may be issued if the item meets return conditions.
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for refund, and will be returned to the customer.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Approved refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Custom designs made with customer- special requests.

Sample Sale or One-of-a-Kind Items: All sample sale or exclusive one-off designs are final sale and non-refundable. These pieces are sold as-is and may include minor imperfections consistent with sample production or runway use.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
